Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Summary of Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Process requests from customers relating to FURUNO products/services.
  • Keep track of ongoing cases, from initial request to final stage of invoicing.
  • Coordinate services in worldwide ports.
  • Maintain useful records/history/documents for each vessel.
  • Provide valuable feedback to customers prior and after service attendances.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by matching the customer’s requirements with the offered services.
  • Archiving essential service-related documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Shipping or business-related studies
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fluent in verbal and written English language
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS office.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Able to work under pressure in the demanding marine sector during different time zones
  • Time management skills
